How do I place an order?
Order directly on our website. For custom requests, message us via WhatsApp or DM.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering 24–48 hours in advance. For peak dates (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), order as early as possible.
Do you offer custom arrangements?
Yes! We can customize colors, card messages, balloons, plushies, and gift combos based on your occasion and budget.
What’s included with my purchase?
Each order is gift-wrapped with care and can include a small message card. Simply add your note at checkout.
Do you offer fresh and preserved flowers?
Yes. We offer fresh flowers (short-term) and preserved flowers (long-lasting). Availability may vary.
How long do fresh (natural) flowers last?
Fresh flowers typically last 5–10 days with proper care.
How long do preserved flowers last?
Preserved flowers can last 3–4 years with proper care.
How do I care for fresh (natural) flowers?
Trim ½–1 inch off the stems at an angle, place them in a clean vase with fresh water, and change the water every 1–2 days. Keep flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat, and fruit. Remove any wilted petals or leaves below the waterline to help them last longer.
How do I care for preserved roses?
No water needed. Keep them dry, away from direct sunlight, and away from humidity to help them last.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Pickup is available inside Yoanis Barber Shop – Suite E, and in Sunrise near Sawgrass Mills. Pickup details and instructions are provided at checkout and once your order is ready.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local delivery is available in select Miami–Broward areas. 0–5 miles from our locations is FREE with a minimum order of $60. Longer distances are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer shipping?
Shipping is available for select items only. If an item is eligible, shipping options will appear at checkout.
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
You can select a delivery date on the website. If you need a specific time, please contact us via WhatsApp or DM. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed during peak days.
What if the recipient isn’t available?
We’ll contact you. If we can’t reach anyone, we can reschedule (a fee may apply).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because most items are made-to-order (and flowers are perishable), orders are typically non-refundable. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of flowers and custom items, we don’t accept returns. If there’s an issue, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments through the website and any other options shown at checkout. If you order through WhatsApp, you can also pay via Zelle.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes—add your message at checkout (character limit applies).
