Refund policy

At Lovy Details, each order is thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products include fresh flowers, chocolate-covered strawberries, and personalized elements, most orders are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable or custom-made items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue with care and do our best to provide a fair solution.

Please note:
- Slight variations in flowers, shades, wrapping, or decorative details may occur based on availability and the handmade nature of our designs.
- Preserved roses should be handled with care and kept away from direct sunlight, humidity, and excessive touching.
- We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or improper care after delivery or pickup.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.


Exchanges

Because many of our products are perishable, custom-made, or personalized, we do not accept exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos, and we will review the issue with care.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

The 14-day cooling off period for customers in the European Union does not apply to perishable goods, custom-made items, or personalized products. Many Lovy Details items fall into these categories and are therefore considered final sale.


Refunds

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos. If a refund or partial refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
