Lovy Details offers local delivery, pickup, and shipping on select items.

Local Delivery:
We currently offer local delivery in select areas of Miami and Broward. Delivery availability and fees are provided at checkout or confirmed before delivery. Please make sure the recipient’s address and contact information are entered correctly.

Pickup:
Pickup is available at the location provided at checkout or in your order confirmation. Orders should be picked up within the agreed time window.

Shipping:
Shipping is available only for eligible non-perishable items. Fresh flowers, chocolate-covered strawberries, and other delicate products may not be available for shipping.

Please note:
- Lovy Details is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
- Once an order has been delivered or picked up, product care becomes the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
